Lock the Snapdragon 685 version

This record covers the 4G Redmi 15, not Redmi 15 5G. Check the processor, regional model and SIM arrangement on the unit and invoice before comparing offers. The Bangladesh specification lists a maximum 2.8 GHz octa-core Kryo CPU and HyperOS 2; that is not a measured game result or a confirmed update-support duration. A “48-month like-new” software-aging claim in the overview is not a four-year update commitment.

Choose memory around the hybrid slot

The Bangladesh table confirms physical 6/128, 8/128 and 8/256 GB with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. Moving from 6/128 to 8/128 changes working memory without adding file capacity; moving from 8/128 to 8/256 adds storage without raising physical RAM. Usable space is lower than nominal capacity.

The advertised expanded total of up to 16 GB is based on 8 GB physical RAM and occupies storage. It does not create a 16 GB physical model or prove better app retention. The RAM/storage guide helps identify which constraint you actually have.

A microSD card of up to 2 TB uses the second SIM position. If both phone lines must remain installed, size internal storage around your files rather than relying on a card. Confirm card compatibility and remember that removable storage does not move every app or replace a backup.

Check the screen and carrying size together

The 2340 × 1080 screen provides a different text-detail option from an HD+ handset, but a 6.9-inch diagonal also comes with an 80.45 mm-wide body. Try your usual document, keyboard and grip with the intended case. Up to 144 Hz applies to supported apps; touch sampling up to 288 Hz is a separate measure, and neither guarantees game frame rate.

The listed 700 nits typical and 850 nits HBM brightness are manufacturer figures. We have not measured outdoor readability or sustained performance. Use the display guide to separate resolution, refresh rate and brightness before paying for the largest number.

Budget for the charger and confirm NFC

The Bangladesh charging table has a “33W in-box charger” heading, while its footnote and the local overview say no adapter is included. Do not resolve that contradiction by assuming a supplied charger: inspect the exact box, obtain written confirmation and allow for the recommended Xiaomi 33 W equipment. The charger guide explains compatibility. Capacity of 7000 mAh and 33 W power do not establish measured battery endurance or full-charge time.

NFC is also unresolved for a particular Bangladesh unit. The local table says yes with a market caveat, but the Malaysia FAQ says Europe has NFC and Asia does not. If contactless use is essential, verify the exact regional hardware and your service’s support before buying. Compare the camera and protection limits

The main camera is 50 MP, f/1.8; the auxiliary lens’s role and resolution are unspecified in the selected table. The 8 MP front camera and both video paths list 1080p/720p at 30 fps. Use relevant sample scenes with the camera guide; a lens housing or megapixel count does not establish image quality.

IP64 comes from controlled laboratory conditions. Resistance can diminish; avoid immersion and charging while damp, and note the stated exclusion for man-made liquid immersion damage. The water-resistance guide explains the ownership limits.

For an AMOLED and dual-speaker alternative, compare the covered Redmi Note 15, which lists a 6000 mAh typical battery and a 183.7 g body.
